Where we deliver
We deliver anywhere in South Africa. We don't currently ship internationally.

Delivery times
Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of payment clearing. Delivery takes 8–11 business days from dispatch. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

• Free delivery on orders over R650
• Express delivery (main centres): R150

How we ship
We deliver via Aramex Store-to-Door. Once your parcel is dispatched you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it the whole way.

Delivery address
Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout — couriers need a working contact number. We can't redirect a parcel once it's dispatched. If a delivery fails because the address was incorrect or nobody was available to receive it, a re-delivery fee may apply.

Delays
We do everything we can to get your order to you on time, but delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. ToyDrop is not liable for delays caused by the courier, customs or import processing, load-shedding, weather, strikes, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll chase it up with the courier on your behalf.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos where relevant. We'll investigate with the courier and make it right with a replacement or refund. See our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.

Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email when your order ships. If you haven't received it within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or message us.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your ToyDrop order. If something isn't right, we'll sort it out.

Change of mind — 14 days
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return if you've changed your mind. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at your cost. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll refund the purchase price (excluding the original delivery fee) within 7 business days.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange collection at our cost and send you a replacement or a full refund — your choice.

Under section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act, you may return goods that are defective or not fit for their intended purpose within 6 months of delivery for a repair, replacement, or refund, at your election. This does not apply to damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or alterations after delivery.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons we can't accept returns on items that have been opened and used, unless they are faulty. Gift cards and sale items marked "final sale" are not returnable.

How to start a return
Email us at toydropsa@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a short description (and photos, if it's a damage or fault issue). We'll reply within one business day with instructions and a return address. Please don't send anything back before contacting us — unrequested returns can't be processed.

Refunds
Approved refunds are paid back to your original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the item. Your bank may take a few extra days to reflect it.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they're dispatched. Once dispatched, the standard return process applies.
